This edited volume explores the role of 3-D technologies in the study, teaching, and preservation of medieval and early modern art and architecture. It considers how tools such as photogrammetry, LiDAR, virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and related digital methods are reshaping the ways we access, interpret, and engage with the cultural heritage of the past.
I invite proposals from art historians, architects, digital humanists, conservators, technologists, museum professionals, and educators. Essays may take the form of theoretical reflections, case studies, project reports, or pedagogical analyses. We especially welcome interdisciplinary work that situates technological innovation within broader conversations about accessibility, preservation, sustainability, and public engagement.

This will be a peer-reviewed volume. I am currently in conversation with Vernon Press and will submit a full proposal shortly after abstracts are collected.
